Ca. EDD is a joke and they could care less about anyone. My claim has been going on for over a year and I have yet to get any resolution. I have jumped through all the hoops including winning my appeal. And EDD has yet to move forward. My claim has been in review for several months. I have spent hours on my phone trying to get through to a live person . Carol
