Adcock ingram customer care don't get back to me, sent following email on 7-2-2019 still waiting for a reply. This is poor service: Sr: sr: 1-[protected] 7.2.2019 Purchased panado 24 plastic container batch aa1315 from pnp big bay bloubergstrand ct on [protected]. Something wrong with this panado "rock hard cannot break also no effect". Reported this to pnp big bay on [protected], they say I must report the matter to adcock ingram. Got phone call from adcock "thandi" on [protected] saying item will be collected and replaced. When is this going to happen?? Please let me know or otherwise where and how do I go about getting a refund?? Peterk
