I ordered 3 pbn kits on 3-3-2019 and after many attempts to track this order #MN233-146987 and many e-mails back and forth to your company, it shows the final destination was in QC, Canada. I live in the USA and in Missouri. I have e-mailed many times with no response and I want a refund for this order. I have not received anything from your company regarding any e-mail I've send within the last 5 days! Cynthia Patterson
