Paid violation

Rental January 2020 (Jan 16 2020 @14:52 traffic violation, Como Italy) Renault license plate FX402BY. The fine of $45.64 was paid to Locate on November 2, 2020 through a Bank of America credit card. I am now receiving notification from Como Polizia, for three times the amount. Can I get help help solving this problem? Kind Regards, Wanda Bezouska [protected]@yahoo.com
