We needed a website for our small business and I had contacted www.online-now.com.au for a quote. At the start they seemed all good and prompt in replying to my emails, once they sent the invoice and I had paid this is when the communication had stopped. I have emailed them countless times and call their number it keeps saying the number is unreachable. It has now been 7 days that I have been chasing them up with no response and am fearing that we may of been scammed, luckily I was able to contact PayPal and have them investigate into this and get my money back. Just a warning to everyone else out there not to use www.online-now.com.au as they will just take your money and you will not hear from them.
