Paid off auto loan after 72 months and Santander will not release the title

I've paid almost $20,000 on an original $13,000 loan and Santander consumer USA says I still owe $9, 285.11. They refuse to review this after I provided all the documentation stating the payments I've made and they will not release my title. My vehicle is up for repossession now. What do I do????
