Paid full price for Hot Deal

I sent an email on 8/14/2021, and I have not heard back from anyone at Academy. I am really beginning to see a side of Academy Ive NEVER seen before. You guys have been my go to for all of my hunting needs and my wonderful bride has bought 2 firearms for me for Christmas, from Academy in Jackson Tn. Ive never had an issue with customer service until now. Just wondering if some would give me an honest answer. Marty Plunk Sharon Tn User's recommendation: Not good at this point.
