My brother in law turned seventy on December 5. I ordered #2879415, wine and gourmet gift basket deluxe. The birthday is gone, he never received his gift. We checked the addresses they are ok.. You have my money, I still don't have any product. I ordered on December 1st, to avoid any delivery issues, and that is exactly what happened. I called 4 times yesterday, while trying to have a celebration for my husband, his brother, and no one followed through. I spoke at length to Freya #239 who was polite and patient, in Ottawa, I asked her to reply by email, or telehone... nothing. I don't understand how you can be the biggest florist in Canada with such exceptionally poor service. The department to check orders, said they never sent the package out... why not? and if so why didn't they cancel the paper work and resend the parcel out right away? Can you help me?
