Paid for it, they never enrolled us

1

This sounds almost identical to our experience. We attended in Valencia, Ca. It was quite awhile ago, but I have just recently tried dealing with this since my divorce is now final. When we attended the meeting, they offered financing, which ended up being through Monterey Financial. Soon after, within a few days of joining, I looked up prices online. This club was no cheaper than anything I could get online. We immediately called them, told them we changed our minds. We told them about the price comparisons. They tried to tell me the prices I found, for simple vacations were a scam. He said they (the internet prices I found) would add on fees and it would end up being more than Travel To Go, besides, we financed the club so there was nothing they could do. Now, years later, I'm checking into it. I figured we financed the money to pay this "vacation club", I should be able to use it, right? I called Vacation To Go. They told me their records say, Canceled. They also checked into it and said they never received payment for anything. So, because Travel To Go in just a travel club, they aren't the people that actually sold us the membership, I would need to talk to them. Now, I'm trying to track down these crooks. So, they got our money from Monterey Financial and never enrolled us into this "club". I don't know how to go about this, but there should be a class action lawsuit against these criminals.
