Express shipping is 2 to 3 days from shipping. Ordered Dec 20. Still at this very moment 12/29 still no item not delivered. And Barnes and Noble take your money and DO NOT WANT TO REFUND IT. In my opinion it's a way for them to make more money and you get you product whenever you get it. What a Deceptive way to do business. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. My advice google the reviews for yourself. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
