Paid for call an it still don’t let the calls go through

I put funds were an inmate could make calls On 8/4/21 at 7:37pm and the inmate is still not able to make calls..I called Securus Customer service line and the lady that I spoke with said she seen the funds and that she fixed it but yesterday which was 8/5/21 the inmate was still not able to make calls and I was just trying to find out whats the problem and how can this be resolved User's recommendation: Make sure the funds available.
