Paid for bonuses I do not know how to access

I signed up for a webinar on or about July 15; 2021; paid an extra 47 dollars for bonuses and an additional 27 dollars ($74 total) for Elite Status bonuses; never was informed how to access any of these bonuses; never got any reply from my July 21; 2021 Dean Graziosi Inquiry beyond a courtesy email from customer service; saying they would get back to me within 24-48 hours....NEVER DID HAPPEN! #PISSED! User's recommendation: avoid!
