= I made for a M15 HP printer on 12/5/2018 and I never received. I called last Wednesday the 19th and they informed me that the printer was on backorder and it wouldn't be in until 01/2019. I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund, customer service said that would refund the next day. NO REFUND. I've emailed customer service SEVERAL TIMES without no response.
