I placed an order on April 4th and my order supposedly shipped on April 7th. Its now May 26th and I still have not received my order. Ive been promised in writing, on 2 separate occasions that my order was on the way. The tracking info is nonexistent and cannot track my order. 7 weeks later, I asked for a refund in which they said they would honor and with no questions asked AND I could keep the product....well when I formally asked for the refund they said i had to return the product FIRST! So. I paid in full for a product that I never got and now I cant even get a refund. This company is a fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!! DO NOT ORDER!
