Purchased air-chilled chicken tenderloins that advertise 0% retained water. Guess what? That's because the water is in the pouch under the chicken. Paid 7.99/lb for 1lb of chicken and got maybe half a chicken breast and 0.6lbs of water (confirmed on scale).
