Paid down payment for a car, changed our minds and have not been provided a refund as promisded.

My wife attempted to purchase a vehicle from Vroom, but when they kept asking for more paper work we decided to look elsewhere and were able to locate a car that she wanted at a better price. We have asked repeatedly for our $500.00 refund and have not received a refund! Just give us our $500.00 BACK PLEASE!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR! User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR TIME!
