Paid but did not recieve all

i had ordered 3 items but only received 1 out of those three. It was ordered on the second of March but received on March 31. I have emailed them but got an automative response so far i have not received the two items nor a number so i can contact sender. So far i have yet to get another response and have yet to receive the refund i have asked for. This site should not be working if they can not complete the task of sending items that the customer have paid for.it should not have to take more than seven business days for a customer to receive their order but i have been patient. Now i am annoyed they did not send all the items i have paid for.
