paid & company refuses to send !

on 9-7-2010 I paid for this wallet online- after 2 weeks I began to search their website, I e-mailed several times and I called all numbers - as of 9-28-10 I have not heard or received any e-mails, calls or the item I bought - this company is stealing from consumers !!
