Update by user Jan 29, 2017 48 days and still no phone. They never reply to emails. Have said phone on daily deal/sale when they telling customers they out of stock and scarce. Can't be that scare, cause if I go to Mi.com I am able to purchase the phone no problems. Original review posted by user Jan 28, 2017 12th December finally saved up enough for my daughters new phone. Put the order through with dhl delivery so as to get order in time for Christmas. Sent customer support about 6 emails leading up to Christmas as I was getting worried order would not arrive in time. They never bothered to reply until 16th January to say the phone is very scarce and to wait patiently at the same time their websites mifanworld.com and xiaomiworld.com list the phone as being in stock. On top of that today, I find the phone is on the daily deal. How can they have it on daily deal when they telling me the phone is out of stock and scarce and to be patient. That's 47 days now since they have received my money. I was referred to mifanworld by a friend who has had no problems with service after buying a phone and headphones from them on separate occasions.
