Paid £60 for a prescription which I did not receive

I paid £60 for a five-minute telephone consultation with the understanding that the physician would provide me a prescription. The physician advised me that she had written the prescription however, I have not received it despite 1) reaching out to the front line staff on the phone and 2) emailing the owner. As can be seen from the attached email, the illiterate message (misspells apologies) acknowledges that I have not received my prescription. When I phoned the individual who emailed me, she was unable to assist. User's recommendation: Do not use this GP service.
