my sister paid $4500 for what was supposed to be a refurbished pipe bender. It has pieces broken off of the machine and not replaced, places that were not properly welded, Controls that were in the wrong position, electric motor is missing the protective shield, and hydrolic lines are torn and chafed. also didn't even get the dies that are needed to bend the pipe. The machine is unsafe, and even if it were safe, it still cannot be used without the die pack that was supposed to come with it. She paid for the machine in full when she ordered it. That was May 1st 2017. when i called, Jerry told me he would send me a new machine. Never happened. Then he said he would find a repair company in my home state of Indiana,never happened, so i ask him to at least send me a die pack so he said he would. Never happened. No one want's to help her get this taken care of. I don't know what else to do. I have a 1300 lb. piece of scrap sitting in my garage that is not even worth it's weight in scrap Not to mention $4500. The attorney general said they can't do anything because it is an established company against a company. She is not a company as she bought it for me. Now i can't even contact the company. I really hope there is a solution to this problem. That is a lot of money to just give away to someone who supposedly does 10 million Dollars worth of business a year. Now i see how he makes his money by ripping off people who can't afford to fly to California and spend more money to take the crook to court.
