order #970****-* I received my order yesterday and it was a mess. The pull-back mini monster trucks were torn out of the package and looked used. The quilted sweeper refills package was almost non existent. It was torn apart. I have ordered several times with Starcrest and I have not had any trouble before. The outside mailer package was not torn at all so this had to be done when packing. I would like to know what Starcrest will do about this. The cars were a mini present and now I can't use them. Your prompt response will be appreciated.
