I have never heard of Dynamex until my package never arrived. I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from Amazon on Wednesday and was told it would arrive on Friday. My husband, son, and me, were all home and waiting near the door for the package to arrive. We were able to see when someone came to our front door and drop off a package. I received a text Friday morning telling me my package has been delivered....uh, no. There was no package delivered because no one ever dropped anything off at our front door. I then called Dynamex. First the representative tells me it was an error and the package will be delivered on Saturday, she said I received the text in error. Then she calls me back an hour later and says it was delivered after all and there was a picture of it being left? Really? Yet you can't send me the picture, so I can see it? Not to mention, it wasn't a picture of my front door area because no one ever came by. She then says the picture shows bushes by the front door. A number of homes have bushes in the front area of their home. I let her know that it was not delivered regardless of what "proof" she had and I was disappointed they didn't resolve the issue. User's recommendation: Use them at your risk!!
