I did not receive a package that you said you attempted to deliver on two different occasions. The first attempt was supposed to be 12/23. There was no evidence of an attempt to deliver. I called 2 times and the last time was told you opened a claim and I would receive it in 48 hours. That was several days ago. Tried to call today and could not get through.
