package delivery department and choose wrong account

Dear all. Please note since my last complaining nothing happened . and still my package on hold for some silly reason which is 20 USD in cash . and that because the package delivery depart. Put my package at wrong account (Egypt) based on my name is Arabic and default address at the profile is Egypt which everyone know logically it's only formality. And because the country the department chose have issue with the foreign currency. They asked me very Odd requesion which has to be by hand in advance . which CC doing the same option . also I provide to them local address they can deliver the package and take the 20 USD . but still refuse and threatening me by destroying the package if 30 days gone without payment. Which obvious I wouldn't see the prove of destroying the package wirelessly. Which give impression someone need to take the package free . even with all those options of payment . please in the name of heaven do something with them . the CC had been used with Amazone account from long time.
