These people called claiming to be detectives serving legal papers for a lawsuit. They are not. The alleged debt is 11 years old and there are no records. They claimed to have recordings, but could not produce them. They claimed to have a court date just a few days away. They did not. They demanded payment in full or they would suspend my wife's driver's license or even have her arrested. They had no legal way to do so. They claimed to be able to see into out bank account.
