I bought a Christmas present for my wife (the above keyboard) and the price included a $25 gift card. I have tried to get in touch with Yamaha on line and by phone... not successful. The dealer has no idea to resolve this. I purchased the item on 12.13.2017 and registered it online at Yamaha. IF you promise a $25 card, you need to deliver a$25 card and provide info regarding HOW to require it! I have the bill of sale as well as the form of instructions on how to register the product.
