Their sales people will give you a load of crap to get you to buy. It will be painted so beautifully that you will believe this load of crap is a dream vacation ownership. However, the reality is: They are not listening to your needs and what you can afford. They will offer you solutions to be able to afford what they are selling you only later to find out they do not work. And they were hiding real numbers all along. Do not be manipulated into a contract with this self-serving, Money hungry business that cannot even deliver on the dream they make you think you can get. They have so many restrictions that after 30 minutes of waiting, you can not even get a room when you need it. What they scammed me to pay for was to fill vacancies at slow, run down places, No thank you. Another problem is they harass you with upgrade calls to buy more points and then when you go on vacation they harass you by forcing you to go to update meetings that they will charge you for if you do not go.
