The only way to have your information removed in my expeirince is to reach out to his relative Gretchen Kren. I called and spoke to her and explained my situation and that its impossible to reach anyone at blockshopper.com and if she can please reach out to Brain Timpone (owner) regarding my situation and sure enough she called me back a few days later notifying me that my information would be removed.
