Took my Harley to this shop, explained what I wanted to have done to it, gave a $ 1000.00 deposit, and thought all would be well. This person had done good work before, so what could go wrong. A year goes by, he calls me and says he needs $ 2000.00 more for parts. I trusted him, but it was a mistake. I give him 6 months, but now he won't answer his phone. I go to his shop, the door is locked. Finally I catch him leaving and demand to see my bike. It's in the back of the shop, covered with dirt, the rear tire is completely flat, sitting on the rim, and the motor is taken apart. He swears on a stack of bibles the bike will be ready in 2 weeks. Yeah right. 3 months later I return with a " witness," and nothing has been done. 3 1/2 years, 3 grand and nothing. Just plain theft! Had the bike towed to another shop. Oh, and the owner promised to refund my money. When? I don't think so. I'm sure I'll have to take him to small claims court. User's recommendation: Stay away!
