How about this as a review for Delmarva WiFi: Well where do I begin. First of all, it took the companies workers several hours to fix our WiFi issue (it wasn’t working at all) and the owner had to come. Everything was fine he got it fixed and what not. About a day later it just stopped working again. Dad called the WiFi company again and said it wasn’t working again and the owner cussed my dad out, after blaming my sister and I for “tampering with the router” which is not true, and told him he went to the sheriffs department and reported him for child abuse. I can say that 1. My father is not abusive. And 2. Who does this man think he is walking into MY home and act like he knows our personal business. The only thing I can think of that would give him the idea is, my dad had just gotten his right hand operated on the day before. His hand was sore and his pain meds made him feel unwell so my sister and I were helping him with things like bringing him food and water, etc. i don’t know what world that man grew up in if he thought that helping your father who is in pain, is child abuse. Very disappointed in the customer service. We did unplug the router and have found a new WiFi company that will hopefully show their paying customers a little more respect.
