Owner had very poor guest skills

Upon arrival at our destination in Costa Rica, we discovered that the outside lounges were in poor condition and not usable. The main table was supposed to have a glass insert but it had been broken and not repaired leaveing a very sharp edge on the table. Reported these issues to owner but our complaints were dismissed. We purchased new lounges with hopes he would re-imburse us but no luck. Tried to post a fair review on HomeAway and they apparently refused our review because of the negative comments. They want nothing but good reviews. Rediculous
