Old roof and bad decking torn off and removed from job site. New roof has been installed. I don't believe there was ever a final building inspection. If there was an inspection if should never have passed. All Metal Drip Edge was cut up/notched and patched and is now leaking along all the gutter boards. We now have more leaks than we ever had before. Kennedy did come our 2 times and did some caulking & patch work, did not work. Latex caulking has washed out and water is now standing inside the boxed in gutter boards, starting to leak thru and turning rusty. Kennedy would not return calls for 2 moths. Am listing complaint with the state building dept. tomorrow.
