This company is a total rip-off and they DO NOT do the entire job as requestec time and time again. They OVER-TREAT your lawn to line their coffers. I have spent about $6000.00 this year and just got a price from a local guy who has his own comp company. The cost for me will be $1300.00. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE QUICK TO UP-SELL YOU. Their gimmick is to have you pay months in advance for a pittance of a savings. Believe me, it's well worth the time and effort to shop around and get different quotes. This company will steal you blind. I will NEVER hire them again. I have cancelled them for next year and if they dare show up, I will surely give them the time, date, and name of the person I spoke to cancelling the service, along with the confirmation number. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. When I tried to explain to.the customer service representative that the aeration and reseeding were not done in the areas requested, the information was not even in my record--after I talked with TWO people about what I wanted! And yes, I was angry.and frustrated. It cost me almost $1600.00 for what was supposed to be 2 acres of property. IF a quarter acre was done, I'd be surprised. The guy was in and gone in 30 minutes. REALLY??? I instructed the service representative to cancel my 2021 service and put that in the record. Then the phone went dead. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I gave her time to call me back just in case the call.dropped, but she never did. I called back and I.got another customer service representative who was very nice. I asked if the 2021 service had been canceled. She said it had not. I told her to do that. She said a supervisor would call me in 48.hours. 48.hours came and went. No call. I called back and got a very helpful customer servicellle. I asked if my 2021 service had been canceled. He told me it had not. I told him to do so. I got his name, employee number, and asked for a confirmation email which said he said he could not give. He told me my confirmation number was my customer number. I told him to CANCEL a service to re-do the aeration and re-seeding. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THUS COMPANY AGAIN. User's recommendation: DO NOT HIRE.
