Overdue services provided invoices not being paid without explanation

Since I can't get anybody to answer the phone or get a return phone call from the accounting department after several voicemail messages, I started making calls into the service department which are the people that I normally deal with and they tell me that all of the accounting reps. are busy and they will call me back which they never do. The service tickets were signed by the customer, the work was tested and verified by the customer and the pictures of my work and the equipment that I worked on were sent in to Tech Service Today and accepted as complete, after 30 days, I am due my money. I have 5 invoices overdue right now, 40 days or more, for alot of money, with more invoices coming due soon. This situation has to be corrected.
