Overcharged the service fee

I booked a round trip flight from edreams from HK to LAX on 27 July 2021. When I confirmed the booking, the amount displayed on the screen (taxes and service charges were included) was HK$11, 208.42 and the same amount was charged to my credit card at the same time of booking, that is 12:34pm. After an hour later, I received an confirmation and found the amount on the confirmation ticket is HK$16, 726.92 but I haven't checked my credit card account yet. On 28 July 2021, I checked my credit card transaction, there was HK$5518.5 charges from edreams. I called the hotline to check why there is additional charges on my ticket. The hotline said it is the service fees for my booking. When I confirmed the flight booking, the service charges and tax were included and there shouldn't charge me an additional services without my approval. If I know the service fees will be imposed, it will not book the flight. I also asked the hotline staff to check the price on the edreams website and whether there will be an additional fees on the booking. At that time, he said the price should be the same as displayed. He asked me to wait for 24 hours and if there was overcharged, they will arrange refund to me. On 29 July 2021, I found that there was no news on my refund and called the hotline again. The customer service hotline the service fees cannot be refunded for this booking. I asked if I cancel my flight, what I can get back, she told me that I can only receive about HK$7000 after deducting the airline charges. The service fee of HK$5518.5 cannot be refunded. It is obvious the website provided the false claims and unauthorized charged to my credit card.
