OVERCHARGED FOR STUFF NOT EVEN DONE

THEY CAME TO REPAINT TWO WATER SPOTS ON MY CEILING FROM WATER DAMAGE AND USED SPRAY PAINT ON THE SPOTS AND PAINTED THE REST. THE INVOICE CHARGED ME FOR 14.5 HOURS OF LABOR WHEN THEY WERE HERE FOR TWO HOURS AND HAD OTHER CHARGES FOR AN ELECTRICIAN WHICH WASN'T EVEN NEEDED. THE CHARGE WAS 1500$ FOR 2 HOURS OF WORK AND THE PAINT AS GLOBBED UP AND LOOKED LIKE *** ON ONE SPOT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN
