Overcharged and no customer support

How is it OK to be quoted $45-$51 for a ride in the app and when I get to my destination am charged $72? Theres no phone support to talk to someone about any issues. Theres also no other in the help menu which forces you to choose options that are incorrect. For instance choosing I have an issue with the driver goes to a page that reports the driver was impolite which is not the case! User's recommendation: Be prepared to be overcharged and not able to fix it.
