I was advised that I have an amount of R7304.4 outstanding from before 2009. I have provided affidavits etc confirming that I was only16 at the time that this licence is outstanding, and this cannot be valid, as I was under age to apply for TV licence / or to purchase a TV. I have sent many emails asking for an update . Through the years I have always kept a clean credit record and this issue is severely effecting my rating and my mental state. I will be looking into my legal options with medical damages should this not be resolved immediately. Further to the below, I am also looking at asking carte blanche to investigate the SABC cooperation due to this absurd amounts that suddenly becoming owing. Nikesh Davids [protected]
