While renting an apartment in the state of Georgia from a Westdale property I have experienced the worst customer service as a tenant. The property management for the Woodmere Trace apartments believe that a lease agreement may supercede federal, state, and local laws. Recently, I have experienced incompetent book keeping by being charged a total of 13 times for water & trash services within a 1 year period. After, writing 2 letters to the offices in Dallas, TX we have received no response or correction to our bill. From, my experience if a person is able find an apartment complex that is not managed by Westdale, particularly, not the Woodmere Trace apartments please do.
