Overcharge for poor photography

Staff acknowledge and apologize for the poorly prepared pictures however that’s it. They refuse to set-up re-takes and or refund. The company comes first and client comes second. I can not be a part of a company that believes in those values. Overpriced pictures and 6 dollar delivery charge for the convenience of them coming to your school??? So that gives Teddy Bear Portraits the right to increase prices and spend little to no time with our children? I will never place my money toward such an unorganized and unqualified company With poorly managed employees. My daughter’s kindergarten picture will be re-taken by a qualified photographer. Hope this is a lesson for other parents, do not waist your time or money on this company.
