Overbooked our room. Said they could only provide us with a king bed to sleep 4 even though we reserve 2 doubles

》 Awful stay in Tyler Texas and now very difficult contacting customer service and posting pictures of line of the stay they are not pretty. Dirty, dingy and dated. NOT as represented on website.

》 I made a reservation from April 25 through April 30 I make it to my room I get checked in my kids get unpacked and they call and tell Luis that the hotel is only open for businesses and I had to leave

》 Sleepless night due to extremely noisy group in lobby
》 Manager made racist comments towards me
》 light fixture and light falling from the ceiling
