So I have owned my ball home for 12 frustrating years. Have I called? No, I bought the home when it was 8 years old. So here is a quick run down. No flashing under back porch door = rain water in basement. Crooked walls everywhere. unlevel floors. The back 2nd story porch posted were just put in the ground, no anchors at all. Cheapest quality items used = had to replace garage door motor, air units break frequently. Studs can be anywhere between 16 to 24 inches apart. Behind all bathroom light fixtures are brick sized hole, no electical boxes at all. They skimped on quality at every turn. I didn't expect high end, but the house is a piece of crap. I hate it and can't wait to sell it. Maybe the owners of ball homes can put some of their money into making quality homes.
