Overall a horrible experience

I purchased a large amount $$$ of furniture . Paid for it in full! This is October and was told the dining room table, chairs ,buffet and side board would arrive before Thanksgiving. The den furniture was delivered and ottoman broken. Also ordered Living room and Bedroom .... all will be here by end of November. They have delivered to us 5 times and all I have is Den and Buffet Each delivery the furniture available has been badly damaged - not just scratched But deep cuts in the wood. All the dining chairs had damage and one did not have the same pattern on the seat as the others !!!! So to date 12-17-20, the table that we were told would be delivered on the 18 with the chairs will not be because the base of the table will not be in until the 21st. I might get it on the 23rd. Now the living room might be available on JANUARY 11 and the bedroom might be available on January 25th. I can not even summarize the events here but I would like to inform anyone thinking of getting ANYTHING from Haynes ... DO NOT DO IT!!! This has been more than challenging and speaking with their management is useless. The vendor is always at fault. If the furniture was damaged from the vendor delivery their warehouse should not accept it .... if the furniture is damaged at the warehouse it should never be loaded on truck... finally the people delivering the furniture are not careful at all. They banged our walls coming in so I can imagine how they move the furniture on the truck. I have never posted an unkind word about any place BUT Haynes is not worthy of business. User's recommendation: Don’t go there.
