Charged my elderly mother $160+ for KN95 masks (not N95). You can't cancel the order because "it's their policy". Also told they have already started to pull the order, so can't cancel. Ordered Sunday night, but can't cancel Monday morning. Order started, but won't arrive for 12 more days. Told to return the item when it arrives, but guess what, there is a return fee! Terrible company, ripping consumers off.
