Over paid for service.

Zip car is a Lovley service that was convenient for me after I lost my car, or so I thought! I needed all day rentals for the month of may and most of June. After painfully searching for an available car everyday, I then must work out my situations with incompetent and very mechanical customer service reps who never resolve my issues in a timely manner, and actually make every experience more difficult. After paying the daily premium everyday for a month, I was notified of a share program zip car offers for monthly rentals almost 1500k less than I had already spent with the business that very month! After addressing this with zip cars mechanical customer service. They simply guided me to the sign up page like there was no issue at all and completely ignored the fact that I was over paying and continuing to over pay ! Like an idiot instill went a head and signed up for the service, where I received one response almost 4 days later when the site site clearly stated some one will get back to you in 48 hrs. Needless to say! Im still waiting on this fine worthless customer service rep to probably yet again disappoint me! Thanks Zip car your fantastic User's recommendation: Unless u have plenty of money and time to waist, don’t bother.
