I rented a car from you at the Airport in Las Vegas on 3/18/21 and returned it in the Phoenix Airport on 3/20/21 at 10pm. Everything was done electronically. Since then I have received over 21 calls stating that I have not returned the vehicle. I have spoken to numerous people who claim they will fix it and they don't. I have been charged over $3500.00 for a 2 day rental. I have never experienced this level of incompetency! I need this fixed immediately. User's recommendation: Don't rent from Thrift!!! If I could give -0 I would!
