over charged on my card & told to take it up with whoever

went to Loop 288 location in Denton, TX. they charged my card extra & was told to take it up with whoever several times & said oh I've seen this before with those kinds of cards. I asked who the manager was & he said me. I than asked who his boss was & he stated "Tom Sawyer." I am very pissed & this was horrible service, especially coming from the "manager". for him to reply with such a sarcastic answer when asking the name of his boss. that's total disrespect. what kind of "manager" speaks to a customer like that?
