Over charged on mileage

Drove total of 10 miles and was charged for over 300 miles, caused my account to be overdrawn . Was told a refund would be issued in 5 to 7 days . Had no money and was not compensated . Will never use them again I had to suffer for their error User's recommendation: Don't use Budget.
