Over charged on DD

LAST PAYMENT DD ON 12/10/20 SHOULD HAVE BEEN £25.50 TAKEN OUT £37.14 STOPPED DD PRIOR TO NOVEMBER DD AS ONLY NOTICED IT THEN TRIED MANY TIMES DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER TO CANCEL ACCOUNT AND PAY WHAT I WOULD OWE BUT TO NO AVAIL AND TRIED AGAIN IN DECEMBER THEN SKY DID RING ON 19/12/20 AS WE WERE LEAVING TO GO TO A HOSPITAL AS WE HAD A RELATIVE VERY UNWELL UNFORTUNATELY HE PASSED AWAY A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR LATER HENCE I SAID TO THE YOUNG LADY WE WILL SORT IT OUT IN JAN FEB 2021 I DID EXPLAIN QUICKLY WHY I HAD STOPPED PAYMENT AND THAT SKY WANTED £72.25 AND THAT WAS TO MUCH I COULD NOT STOP ACCOUNT SO IT RAN FOR AROUND TWO WEEKS SO OWE THEM THAT 11/11/20 FOR TWO WEEKS PLUS A BOXING MATCH £19.95 LESS £11.64 I DID TRY AGAIN AT END OF DEC THEN JAN AND FEB SPENT CRAZY AMOUNT OF TIME TO NO AVAIL THEN THEY PUT DEBT COLLECTORS LETTER AND SMS IN I TRIED RINGING YESTERDAY SPENT OVER AN HOUR HANGING ON GOING DOWN LIST OF OPTIONS THEN THE GUY COULD NOT HELP TODAY SPENT 1 HOUR 14 MINS ON TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT GOT NOWHERE WITH HIM BUT I GOT WRONG PERSON WHO WAS READING FROM SCRIPT AND WOULD NOT PUT ME ON TO SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND COULD NOT SUPPLY TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL OR ADDRESS FOR HEAD OFFICE OR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT . SENT IN BY R.A User's recommendation: DONT USE SKY I HAVE SPENT TWO AND A HALF HOURS TODAY WASTING MY TIME AND STRESS.
